Grainless Granola


Are you sick of those sweet granola bags or bars that are loaded with sugar causing you to eat it uncontrollably ? Most of my recipes are well balanced to keep your hormones and insulin levels stable feeling sustained and satiety. Feel free to use this as a granola to add to fruit bowls , yogurts, icecream, bars, or just even eat it as a cereal! Its an amazing combo and its normally used with fruits with a drizzle of honey. I love trying new things around my neighborhood and be inspired to add things or eliminate things. Over here I used pomegranates because its sweet and sour enough to not add honey what better way to get sweetness then fruits?

Ingredients

1/4 cup coconut shredded

1/4 cup coconut flakes toasted

1/4 cup cacao nibs

1/4 cup puffed kamut

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

Be free to play around with amounts! Its not a crime to play around with especially healthy ingredients!
